Process Description
Chicken thigh fillet is fillet from broiler chicken thighs. After cutting, the product is packaged and conditioned stored.
Product Requirements
The product must be free from foreign substances and chicken-specific contaminants, which may be harmful to public health. Despite careful inspection during meat cutting, bone remnants may remain in the product.
